How we handle your details

Who we are

This website, asenflightops.com, is run by Asenit Hub Ltd (RC 9554227), a company registered in Nigeria. Asen FlightOps is a product of Asenit Hub Ltd. For anything in this notice, contact us at info@asenflightops.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp:

• your name, airline and role;
• your work email address;
• what you need from us, and your message.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not track you across other websites. To stop spam, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is being sent by a person. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, and to arrange a trial, demonstration or answer you asked for.
• To keep a record of our conversation with your airline about Asen FlightOps.

We use your details because you asked us to contact you, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our product. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our email. They handle your details only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides the spam check;
• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox;
• Zoho, which provides our email.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 allows for transfers abroad.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we are in conversation with you or your airline, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@asenflightops.com and we will respond as the law requires. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
